COVID-19 POLICY

First of all, your safety is our priority.

All yachts will be cleaned and sterilized before each charter. Our staff will respect all safety regulations, including wearing masks and gloves and keeping appropriate distances. Extras are paid to independent suppliers directly before boarding at the base by Charterer using a card.

Charter will take place only if all payments are confirmed in cleared funds in due time. Booking is not confirmed until 1st payment is cleared to our bank account stated on booking form.

Be aware, however, that the obligation of a COVID-19 test before or after the trip will not be a sufficient condition to receive a refund. Similarly, any disruptions related to your transport are not valid conditions for a refund.

Only the country of the subscriber of the rental contract will be considered in the context of these updated cancellation conditions.

  • If the borders of the host country or traveler are officially closed on the date of your cruise
  • If a minimum quarantine of 7 days is imposed upon returning from your vacation
  • If boating or non-essential travel is formally prohibited in the area where the boat charter starts or in the traveler?s place of residence on the date of departure.

It is possible to move a charter to the same yacht, depending on availability, for a different period. In case the same yacht can be rescheduled for the same period, cancellation fees will be refunded less administrative costs.
